If we recommend or install third-party equipment (such as security cameras, NVRs, DVRs, or wiring), any warranty on that hardware is provided strictly by the original manufacturer. We provide a Satisfaction Policy on our labor and configuration services only.

5. No Warranty on Customer Equipment

While we ensure your security equipment is installed securely according to professional standards, we do not warranty the hardware provided by the customer. Our workmanship warranty covers the physical installation and installation hardware only.
